Dr. Przemyslaw Łastowiecki completed medical school in Warsaw, Poland where he finished his initial postgraduate education as a clinical teacher in Warsaw Medical School, Department of Diabetology. Following his immigration to the United States, Dr. Lastowiecki first trained at the Gundersen Clinic in La Crosse, Wisconsin. His Internal Medicine Residency included one year as the Chief Medical Resident. Dr. Peter completed his endocrinology fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Peter began his work as an internist and endocrinologist at the Holy Cross Hospital in Chicago. He started his private practice in Northwest subarbs in 2001. Dr. Peter authored and coauthored several articles in the area of endocrinology. His special interests include type 2 diabetes, a variety of thyroid disorders and problems of the pituitary gland.
